Steph Cleave (Owner/Trainer)

Exercise is my happy place! I love sharing my passion and helping women feel empowered through exercise and community.

With a football background, I have always loved how working out makes you feel and the mental and physical health benefits that come with it. After retiring from the Football Ferns, and taking up CrossFit, my passion for health and fitness with a focus on pre and postnatal exercise sparked this dream. (Along with a fantastic push from my very supportive Husband, Brody).

Our mums and bubs classes and women's fitness classes are all pre and post natal friendly. Pregnancy and the early years of motherhood can be a time when we neglect our own fitness as we give all our energy to nurturing our babies. However, our reassuring and welcoming approach to pre and post natal fitness will keep you safe and motivated to concentrate on your own well-being as well as your babies.
