Sessions run for 45 minutes. Your one on one sessions will include; Regular Goal Setting - to keep your training relevant. Training progress tracking - to keep you accountable and track your progress. Your session will be personalised according to your goals and tailored to suit you!
Initial Consultation FREE
$60 per session (Discounts applicable if doing classes above)
Small Group Sessions
1x face to face (video call or in person session every 4 weeks).
Accountability and progress tracking.
Weekly personalised programming - 5 days per week of programming to achieve your individual goals discussed at our initial consult.
Free training app for you to download - this includes your personalised program and you will have access to client interface to ask questions and provide feedback for your sessions.
Access to members community Facebook page (extra free workouts, community events etc).

Online Programming
Join our women's fitness community for small group training sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals faster.
Steph our certified trainer will create a customised workout plan tailored to your level and goals.
