Monday to Friday 10:45am-11:45am
All bubs/children are welcome at all classes Monday through Friday. Exercises are tailored to all fitness levels, safe and suitable for all stages of pre/post natal.
Not a mum, but you prefer a women-only environment? We have got you covered! Enjoy exercising in our supportive, friendly group classes and feel happy, healthy and confident. You deserve it!
Mon, Weds, Fri classes incorporate free weights (Kettlebells & Dumbbells), mobility and cardio.
Tues, Thurs classes incorporate bodyweight movements, mobility and cardio.
All sessions Monday - Friday are specialised and safe for pregnancy/post natal.
So bring along your bub, your stroller, or just yourself! Get ready to feel empowered with like-minded Women and Mumma’s!
